How do I make a Request?
You must email a photo of the items in question to email@example.com. One of our representatives will review the issue and respond within 24-hours.
How many days do I have to make a Request?
You have a window of 3 days after receiving the goods to make a request.
Do I need to Return Items that have been accepted as defected or as not per order?
Wrong items sent to customer will not need to be returned.
How fast will replacement items be sent?
Replacement items will be pushed through manufacturing as quickly as possible and shipping will be Express via Australia Post.
